Light

Light 

         The night has a thousand eyes,
     The day but one;
Yet the light of the bright world dies
     With the dying sun.

The mind has a thousand eyes,
     And the heart but one;
Yet the light of a whole life dies

빛  

밤엔 천 개의 눈이 있고
     낮엔 오직 하나가 있지
하지만 밝은 세상의 빛은 해가 지면
      사라지고 말아

정신엔 천 개의 눈이 있고
     가슴엔 오직 하나가 있지
하지만 온 생명의 빛은 사랑이 꺼질 때
     사라지고 말아
